Faq's & Policies


Processing times will range between 1-10 business days. During high volume of sales processing times can increase by up to 5 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM EST start processing the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. 


All orders are shipped via USPS! Shipping times vary according to the method you choose and the country you are shipping to. Pre-shipment can last up to a week. 


In the rare circumstance that a product arrives not as described/damaged/missing, we will send a replacement product. Return inquiries should be made within 48 hours after receiving your package. We cannot accept returns due to circumstances such as allergies, as all ingredients are listed in the product description. 


We will aim to restock at least once a week. Restock announcements will be sent out via our emailing list and announced on all social media platforms.


Order cancellations must be within 24 hours. All order cancellations will have a 50% restocking fee. No exceptions. 


Due to the nature our of products, we rarely accept refunds. Refunds can be only be processed for regular priced items. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned within 14 days from the date it was delivered to you and it must be in the original packaging. Your item must also be unused to be eligible for a refund. Once your item has been received and inspected, we will contact you via email. All refunds will be in the form of a store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
